VAT (Value Added Tax) is a general tax imposed on consumption of goods and services in all European countries. Exports from a country are usually not subject to VAT, or VAT is refunded. In general, VAT refund is possible for materials and services which are used for further supplies or services directly or indirectly sold to end-users.
